Our Competition
We have absolutely no competition that can offer the same element-proof protection that our cases can. However, when it comes to shock protection, there are other types of cases that are sold. These are as follows:
Otterbox - Complete protection from shock. costs $59.99 retail
Griffin Cases - Complete shock protection. costs $59.99 retail
Various no name cases - offer minimal protection with no guarantees - costs between $5 and $25

Strengths |
Weaknesses |
|
Our product is unique to any other form of Iphone protection! It offers protection from water which no other company does! We completely own the market because no other Phone case can do this. There is a huge market for Iphones so these products will always be in demand! |
There are very few weaknesses to this product. The only weakness is that many Chinese companies make knockoffs of our products and sell them for far less than we are selling them for. Although their quality is nowhere near the caliber of ours, many people buy their products because of their cost efficiency. This could cause lower sales for us. |

Opportunities |
Threats |
|
The opportunities for our products are limitless, especially for the cases! Think about what could be next! Waterproof Ipad cases, even TVs and computers! The Bottom of the ocean is the limit for our line of waterproof products that we could produce. People will no longer have to worry about the elements effecting their electronics because we could build the same kind of form-fitting and fashionable protection for anything you can imagine! |
As mentioned in the weaknesses, The only threats we would have are if other companies copy our product, put their name on it, and sell it at a lower price. We would also be threatened by obseletion of Iphones and apple going out of business as that is currently the only type of phone we support with our cases! |
